Pharmacy never answers the phone, they can’t keep staff, and never refill or keep prescriptions in stock. These are life saving prescriptions that are needed and the only answer we get is oops I’m sorry we forgot to order them! Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced!

Continuously fails to be able to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I'm talking days. So if you need a medication that you rely on to live, DO NOT USE this pharmacy. Let's not forget their "computer" debacle a few months ago were they couldn't fill prescriptions for weeks! Every dissatisfied. They even subbed out a different brand that seemed to be diluted version of my regular prescription last month. "That's what we get now".

I have tried other pharmacies and they all seem to have issues. However, what brings me coming back to this pharmacy is the staff. They know their customers personally and want to take care of us. Sometimes I've noticed it's all in the way the customer responds, accuses, gets upset, speaks to the staff. They don't do anything intentionally to upset the customer. There are more of us than them. So be patient, be kind, give them grace and we aren't perfect either.

The absolute worst pharmacy in Citrus County! I have been calling nonstop for 3 days and no one answers the phone I go up there and they are standing around talking. NEVER will use them again.
