I have had the same rude young people respond to all sorts of situations. They dont give a rip! I'd like to talk with an adult!
shelves being stocked with 3 employees in the aisles with boxes. you could not get by. no social distancing. they were not wearing gloves. unfortunately the majority of customers did not stay 6 feet and several cases, walked right up on you.
TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE KIND TO THE CUSTOMERS !!!!!
I just went in here today (Old St Augustine Rd S location store #0025) to grab a quick lunch. The Rotisserie chicken I grabbed tasted like it had gone rotten, I opted for a whole chicken as opposed to a quarter at the counter because one woman behind the counter (both employees) was cursing and yelling, which made me very uncomfortable and decided it wasnt worth having to talk to them. Over all it was a horrible experience and I should have driven the extra 10 minutes to Publix.
Even the busiest days there will be only 2 cashiers. Expect long waits in line. Customer service counter is usually staffed with one employee with long wait times. No self check outs. No fresh food like the other Winn-Dixies or Publix. It’s convenient for people who live in the area only if you enjoy waiting for up to 15 minutes to check out.
Great sales on meats. Good location.
