Always a pleasure doing business with Winn-Dixie Pharmacy, they always ensure I get what I need at the lowest prices, and fast, very professional yet very personable.
Everyone here is so helpful and nice.
They have had a change in staff in the last couple of months, all around. They never have prescriptions when they say. An rx is sent in by 9am from the dr, and 30 minutes to closing, it's not even been looked at to fill. They won't tell you that your insurance isn't accepted until you come to pick up your prescription. The female pharmacist was very rude to an elderly man, who simply had a question regarding some test strips for his diabetes. After using them for the last 20 years, we are taking our business elsewhere.
