Rude and unprofessional. I showed her the GoodRx coupons that I wanted to use for my prescription, she started gaslighting me that I couldn’t use those coupons and the prices already had discount. I did not know why I couldn’t use them so I asked her, she kept talking nonsense, and then she said “if you want to use them, you have to pick it up after 2 because i have to do it again and I’m about to go for lunch.” So obviously she lied to me at first about the coupons. Winn-Dixie is a large grocery store and they do have a good variety of brands and products. I do find it takes them a long time to restock items that aren't as common as others. The staff works hard, it's a busy store!

Everyone in the pharmacy are polite, helpful, and professional. Their customer service is quick and efficient. I bring all my prescriptions to this pharmacy. Amazing people!
