Stop by on a road trip, saw they had a juice on sale with 3 sale tickets "foto attach" , so I purchased 4 due to sale, I paid at register and it came out to regular price. Purchased some wine and lotto. The box wine turned out to be bad. The bottles were fine. Went back next evening and was told no returns on wine and liquor per store policy and STATE law? Returned next day to talk to manager and explain I did not want refund but a new box. She said the same thing. Nowhere on receipt does it state final sale. I will not buy any wine or spirits from Winn Dixie AGAIN. BUYERS BEWARE.
I visited this store on Saturday evening looking for a specific wine. When I entered, two employees (a male and a female) were engaged in conversation and didn’t acknowledge me. I walked around the store trying to find what I needed, and not once did either of them offer assistance or even check in.
