I am a regular shopper here and normally have a great experience with everyone at checkout. Today I went to check out 3 items with Lisa and my Apple Pay was not going through for some reason and my physical card was in my car. Instead of trying to help with a solution she said her loudly “what are you doing wrong because it’s not working”. Today, I shopped at winn dixie and boy, am I glad I did! When customers are treated with so much respect.I will definitely be back...... One employee, Diane, truly went the extra mile! I asked her for help.She found me two of the item was looking for to make homemade ranch dressing, and I asked if she could see to it that more were ordered.... Love the store been going here years and years, but Abigail cannot do math and she was lazy and rude. She over charged us by a lot but not understanding your own sales. I called the store and I’ve been told to come back with receipt and you’ll fix it but really just hire people who can math?
