I placed this order and was hoping to pick it up as I am local. I emailed then called the next day with no response. When I went to the office listed on their website it was cleaned out. After assuming they went out of business I ordered from elsewhere only for them to email back three days later with shipping information. When I let them know what had happened they did not care.

My granddaughter has ordered a badge and has ordered two times and they have not been received! Last one said canceled at Utah Post office!

Spent close to $100 for a custom stamp - they sent me the wrong stamp completely. They refuse to answer email or phone calls. Now I have to dispute the charge with AMEX. These guys used to be awesome, not sure what their deal is. Avoid.

Kind of annoyed right now. Their Google Maps listing says they are open, but I drove all the way downtown and battled traffic only to find a sign out front claiming staffing shortages were keeping them from serving customers and directing people to order online. It would have been nice of them to update their Google business listing with that information. So now I'll be ordering online -- probably from someone else.
