Placed an Order early last week, should have shipped by Friday. I called for a status, Phone lines don't work, Emails aren't being responded to. Contact forms aren't responded to. website and confirmation list different emails to email, reviews on google show different emails to contact. This place is a model for poor communication I'll be filing a charge back if i'm not contacted before the end of the business day today 9/10.
Placed a small order for a digital stamp and have not received anything. Cannot reach anyone by phone, only email, and am waiting for any response. Do not plan on using them ever again.
Horrible customer service! I ordered my a custom stamp for my Maryland Architecture stamp that by law must have black ink. They sent me a approval that showed it needs to be in black ink, BUT they sent it to me in purple ink!? I have emailed 4 times and have not heard ANYTHING! The phone number listed doesn't allow you to talk to anyone. My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
I placed this order and was hoping to pick it up as I am local. I emailed then called the next day with no response. When I went to the office listed on their website it was cleaned out. After assuming they went out of business I ordered from elsewhere only for them to email back three days later with shipping information. When I let them know what had happened they did not care.
