Horrible customer service! I ordered my a custom stamp for my Maryland Architecture stamp that by law must have black ink. They sent me a approval that showed it needs to be in black ink, BUT they sent it to me in purple ink!? I have emailed 4 times and have not heard ANYTHING! The phone number listed doesn't allow you to talk to anyone. My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
I placed this order and was hoping to pick it up as I am local. I emailed then called the next day with no response. When I went to the office listed on their website it was cleaned out. After assuming they went out of business I ordered from elsewhere only for them to email back three days later with shipping information. When I let them know what had happened they did not care.
My granddaughter has ordered a badge and has ordered two times and they have not been received! Last one said canceled at Utah Post office!
Spent close to $100 for a custom stamp - they sent me the wrong stamp completely. They refuse to answer email or phone calls. Now I have to dispute the charge with AMEX. These guys used to be awesome, not sure what their deal is. Avoid.
Unresponsive. We have a late order and they haven't been responding. Are they even still in business?
