Being extorted by the municipal City Water. Who doesn't even send a legal bills. I have sent him multiple communications informing him which laws they have broken and asking. Begging for this to be handled without the court system stating exactly laws which are being broken and that the only thing I want is what's fair. He's the mayor and still proceeds to break the law.
