My family and I were traveling home from St Louis, resulting in a large rock chip, on a Friday, late in the afternoon. Pulled up Winkelman Glass Company on Google search and called; Chloe answered and was very helpful. We were directed to the Fredericktown shop and they fixed the chip and had us on our way. Great service and staff and will recommend their services!
I highly recommend this business. I had them replace two windows in my home that had been cracked for years. Eric was extremely easy to work with, and very knowledgeable and professional. He did everything he said he would do.
Eric had done residential glass replacement for us in the past and was great. He responded quickly and fixed our glass. But I tried to hired him for a larger job (4 large window panes to be replaced. He came and measured and then never heard from him again. I called and texted multiple times and even stopped by the shop. He totally left us hanging and ghosted us. Very unprofessional. I was very pleased with this shop! Instantly knowledgeable and knew what steps to take. Corrected a bad chip in my windshield, that another shop had "fixed". Winkelman Glass corrected the chip, filled and sealed it, and is barely visible. I was impressed and would recommend!
Earlier this year I contacted Eric about my damaged windshield. He responded in a timely matter and took care of everything from there. A few months later there was an issue with the water drainage system in the roof. Eric took care of this as well and everything works great. I will be giving them my business from now on
