I had a pretty bad experience with Wink this year. Last year they were great, they were very communicative, provided some really helpful recommendations, and while expensive compared to other places I've worked with they did a good job with my taxes and deductions. This year they stopped replying to my emails about starting a business (which I was only trying to do after they recommended that they could help out with this), they sent my return with a lot of missing information that caused me to get penalized, and they increa... read more
