I went to go cash my check and the lady on the right told me she wouldn’t be able to verify my check and that the manager would be in the following morning from 9:30-10 I came back the following morning and the manager was not there so the same lady told me I didn’t have the right address on my ID and that I needed a proof of address. I went all the way back home to grab mail to prove my address just for the lady to say the manager still isn’t here so I still won’t be able to verify your proof of address.

I recently moved to Yonkers and I tried cashing that IRS check that was recently sent. On the check it had my mother’s address, which I use for everything because I am constantly moving, my 🆔 has my new address. I don’t see what the different address has to do with cashing an IRS check . It’s a government check and I was using a government issued 🆔. Which an id isn’t given without proof of address.

There extremely unreasonable and disrespectful. They give you 20 unexplained reasons why they can’t cash your check.
