Wow! Tonya was amazing. I got a 90 minute integrative massage with a 30 minute add on guasha. I’m normally someone who thinks I need deep intense pressure to the point where it almost hurts, but I trusted Tonya from the start and I am glad I did! She incorporated a few different modalities as she saw fit and I left there feeling a million pounds lighter and breathing easier than I can ever remember!! Will definitely be back and will be telling all my friends and family about her!

Another fantastic integrative massage session (with add-ons) at Wings Wellness. Tonya started with an intuitive Reiki session and gradually moved onto using hot stones, cold stones, gua shua(sp) and cupping to help release the fascia and trapped fluid. I left feeling much lighter and with significantly reduced pain and swelling. Thank you Tonya!!! I highly recommend that you visit Wings Wellness for a customized integrated massage!
