hate these new atms. can’t deposit more than 50 bills and trying to deposit bills that are all bundled together neatly aren’t taken by machine. keeps spewing them out.

When you have an account here, and you try to call the local office, you get connected to a call center and they will not connect you to the local office, they insist on handling all issues at their regional call center. Not a very personal experience. Also, call center staff are not very friendly.
I have been a member of Wings financial for about 3yrs. I typically go to the Northfield branch and mostly deal with Jeff. He's always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I anticipate being a member for a long time God willing.
If you want rudeness, incorrect answers, and general run-around, then this is a great bank for you. Specifically the Northfield Branch (Mgr David Neudecker and Universal Bankers) should find a different business to be in. The Wings general call center will provide lip service with no results. The call center and the branches do not connect on details and the customer pays a heavy price. Stay away from Wings!
