Very helpful and concerned
The ATM farthest from the building is never working for deposits.
The customer service at this location is terrible. Walk into a empty desk. If you need to talk to banker you write you name on a list with no expected wait time and privacy. Last time I was here after waiting for 15 minutes I had a banker tell me that I "might as well just leave" as he did not have time to talk with me about a loan as they closed soon. I understand about closing but no "can I contact you as soon as we reopen the following day and we would be glad to help you". Thanks for the service Corey! Good luck talking ... read more
