I was a member and unfortunately still am at this bank. I would absolutely not recommend Wings. I consistently had trouble getting in touch with a real agent, when I was able to, they were not knowledgeable or helpful. When I tried to use my account after some time, because I realized they have new branches where I live now.. they said my account is locked and in order to close the account or access it I have to come in person to Minnesota. They could not elaborate why my account was locked, even though I was voice recognize... read more
