Absolutely terrible treatment as someone who's been with Wings for two years now. My account was randomly closed, no reason was given to me via phone and my questions couldn't be answered, I was told i would be transferred to another department but then i was met with the same attitude of "I don't know go in and ask lol" energy. The woman i called seemed like she was bored, and did not care. I’ve been a loyal Wings member for years now and figured it’s about time I leave a review!
