Very friendly teller. Able to complete my business with no problems! Also no wait, accessed teller promptly.

If I could do zero stars I would. I was charged 2 times for a courtesy pay fee today. My account was never in the negative. Yet, they refused to return my money! I am leaving this bank as of today! This is not the first time this happened. It happened again last month but they gave me my money back that time. This time I was told they only return 1. NO THANKS! I had two accounts and one was in deficit that I no longer used so they abruptly closed both my accounts , didn't bother to notify me. When I called to check my account told me to drive up there just to tell me my accounts have been closed and sat there and told me TO WRITE THEM A LETTER IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT. I just wish they would have at least notified me so I could have changed my direct deposit they did not even do that. Could've told me my account was closed over the phone never did l.
