So ive been.a member for almost 5yrs and the best benefit was when I bought my Jeep I got an interest rate that was almost 7% less then what the dealer offered. But some downers, the fees you have to pay for using an atm that isn't theirs, I was charged 2.50 x 5 by them because the bank had no local ATMs even though I went to a "free" ATM. I asked to get them to reverse it and was told no, I shouldve drove the 30 mins to an approved ATM. I was a member and unfortunately still am at this bank. I would absolutely not recommend Wings. I consistently had trouble getting in touch with a real agent, when I was able to, they were not knowledgeable or helpful. When I tried to use my account after some time, because I realized they have new branches where I live now.. they said my account is locked and in order to close the account or access it I have to come in person to Minnesota.
