Teller 3449 told me my debit card wouldn’t help in accessing my account … He also acted like my wad of cash would take “all day” to count by hand. Tho I don’t expect him to count by hand the subtle comment wasn’t unnoticed. Used the machine to count it once. Wonder what would happen if it wasn’t counted correctly. Happy my car loan is almost complete because Wells Fargo wouldn’t be pulling this.
I am very grateful to the tellers and staff at Wings on 7th St. in Saint Paul for the careful and kind service they consistently provide. Hayley, Guillermo, and Viviana are individuals I respect and trust. This week, Viviana and I worked together for over two hours on a complicated financial matter, and she was outstanding: patient, informed, attentive to detail, and very professional. Thank you.
