EDIT: I made a payment of $287; wings duplicated the transaction and took my money twice, claimed it was a glitch, then made it extremely difficult for me to get my money back (had to contact my bank and report it and wait) The secondary transaction wasn’t on my wings records until a week later. Between that and the rude customer service and having to wait 2 hours for customer service to answer, I have since found a new bank and transferred all assets since I no longer have trust with wings.
