Charged my 2 and 3 year olds fees after we moved, for returned mail. I don’t even want paper statements but they can’t go paperless without their own online accounts, they are toddlers and don’t have email addresses…. Took an in person visit as instructed (90 minute round trip drive), chatting online, 3 employees, and multiple requests and explanations to get fees reversed. For toddlers. Who moved. Big yikes.

I had Cameron as my banker helping me with setting up an additional account and credit card. He was amazing I came in last minute and he insisted it was no issue to finish even though it was after close. Amazing experience and his insights were very valuable.
guy working today tall skinny and had glasses was extremely rude and gave me false information. he did not count my money like they are supposed too when giving it to you. my card has been blocked and he told me to call a 1-800 number to order a new one - false information. they just needed to go through recent transactions and unblock my card. he was extremely rude.
