Serena is the best banker around! She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice. Wonderful place - highly recommend.
They will rob your account for $30 courtesy fees EVERYTIME your account drops below $0. You forgot Amazon prime gets taken and didn’t have money in your account? $30 courtesy fee. Apple storage charges you .99. ANOTHER SEPERATE COURTESY FEE. $60 in courtesy fees for $15 charges. This is robbery at its finest. Big bank take little bank. lol.
I’m not sure what’s wrong with this bank lately but went in to try to get a HELOC loan for $60,000. The lady said that I was approved if I had my daughter cosign for me and I was only approved for 15,000. I told her that wasn’t gonna work because I needed 60,000 to pay off all of my bills. Then I open account at Hometown Bank in Carver had my account there for about a month started moving my money over my direct deposit no longer goes to wings eventually I’m going to be done with wings so anyway applied for the $60,000 HELOC... read more
