I was just signing up for the gym yesterday morning and after I had finished that, I looked across the parking lot and found the Winged Foot store. It was a blessing in every way. Loved visiting this shop when we were in Blue Ridge. Got some great shoes and awesome customer service.
As business owners my wife and I really needed quality footwear that saves us the added fatigue and stress from the uncomfortable shoes we were wearing, so we stopped by WF Running on our way to the gym to see what they had going on... The owner Brian was very helpful, and educated in footwear and athletics in general; as an accomplished Tri athlete himself and more, and he had me in a great pair of shoes that I ever up just leaving in and heading over to the gym! Stopped in today, the owner was super knowledgeable about what each shoe offered and worked best for. Super stoked on the purchase and will be going back when these are worn out.
Brian is wonderful! I brought my older father to be fitted for some new Hoka walking shoes. He has had both knees replaced and has a terrible back. Brian found a pair and he almost immediately started smiling and standing taller! We will definitely be back for another pair!
