Customer service is not a top priority. They found they screwed up lots of our orders & instead of contacting customers using the email and phone number they were given, they chose push the responsibility to a teacher to inform customers of an error on Wing T's site. This only works if all parents have access to that messaging app. Email I got back told me I should have let them know clear back in September about their error on my order.
