Ive had the same issue on both bikes that Ive purchased. The battery dies by three bars. The bike barely gets 4 miles on a full charge. If you ride it for that long it has to be put back on the charger or else **** die on your next ride. At 4 bars you can enjoy the bike, but anything beyond 3 bars, the bike will die on you mid-ride. My bike was delivered on Tuesday, August 29th. After charging it fully, I rode it for less than 10 miles and on day 2 of riding it, it died suddenly. The power button would not work and the battery button would not light up. The battery showed two of five bars remaining right before it powered off. I recently had an encounter with WING Bikes that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. I purchased the Freedom-ST bike on Aug 31, 2022, and opted for the assembly service during checkout (by paying an extra $200). The bike arrived on Sep 8, but, to my dismay, they couldn't arrange an assembly professional until Sep 29. This was already a red flag given the premium I paid for the assembly.However, the real issues began in July of this year. I ordered my wing bike and it arrived two weeks ago Monday.Unfortunately the battery that was sent was defective. I called their customer service number and after many attempts, I spoke to a human. I was told that it was the battery and that a new one would be sent out. Then I was told that that would be three weeks. I then was told I would have to send a video documenting the problem. Although they claim the bikes are made in *******, they would not fill out a NAFTA Certificate of Origin form to eliminate duty when ordering from ******. When asked, they said it's because not enough components are ******** and Wing bikes do not qualify as actually made in *******. My bike was sent to the wrong address in a different country.
