Spoke to him briefly on the phone. I was polite, he was unprofessional, spoke over me and hung up on me. I don't know if he was having a bad day or personal problems or what. Its unfortunate. I think its okay to expect better of people-.
Had an on going case for a while, he would call in updates whenever it was okay with him but was never available for a call back. Told us for 5 months closing was happening, it wasn't. When closing did happen and he had the checks he prolonged dispersing them by 7 weeks and lied to every person or family member that spoke to him about the estate. Each person got various answers. Told us to call back the next day and he refused to answer calls. On repeat. I consistently called this unprofessional and dishonest man for 1 month... read more
