The employees couldn't care less about the residents, a resident named Hank begged them to call 911 and they refused, he ended up dying in the emergency room.
My Father in Law came to stay for respite care twice. This last visit ended up being end of life care. The staff was so very helpful, compassionate and friendly. They even kept a snack and drink cart fully stocked for the family as we held Vigil in his last days and hours. Thank you to the entire staff as well as the residents for your kindness during this time.
