I absolutely love everything about Winfield House. This store, its beautiful items, the dogs to pet, the candles to smell, and the unique items from high quality furnishings to beautiful decor is stunning. Every experience in the store has been fabulous and the way it feels makes me not want to leave. I bought my elderly Mom a wine glass and tea towel with the Lawrence Mass street scene and they carefully packaged it for shipment to her home in Nashville. 5 stars for great ambience, great quality and wonderful service!
I love Winfield House. Just walking into the store puts a smile on my face because there's just so much great design and joy all around. I recently purchased awesome quality bedding for my son and I at a reasonable price and some great stools for the bar area in the kitchen. It's a great place to shop for well designed beautiful furniture and It's a wonderful place to find great gifts for people. Grateful we still have a business in Lawrence to shop for quality home furnishings.
I was long time customer over 20 years when the original owner passed. The customer service was never the same. One very rude decorator in particular. I have purchased many pieces of furniture over the years. Recently purchased a lower end couch snd after reading Several negative reviews called the owner the same day to cancel the order. The couch was still in the store and I was charged a $50 restockin g fee! ing of Ein.
