Used to love winedab but have found their service has declined massively. Customer service never respond and delivery is not well communicated. Also no longer given the option to rate wines. Seems like the box is just thrown together no longer based off taste. Recently received a box with 2 kinds of wine I had specified I did not want in the box. Disappointing as I used to look forward to receiving the box , have now cancelled subscription

I've had three deliveries now from Winedab and we've loved trying delicious new wines we don't usually have access to. Great prompt friendly service

Not worth the money (or effort). Best to just buy your usual. Initially, I was very excited to try Winedab. I received my first box and referred my friend also as the idea was good. On signing up I also received an email saying they guarantee that I will love the wines, or they will put in an extra bottle in my next order to replace the ones I did not like. Once I finished my box, I emailed to say what ones I did and did not like, and the reasons why. I assumed this would help them put together my next box. I also said in th... read more
