Great wine selection with many, many moderately priced options ($10-20). Each one with typed notes/commentary. Helpful staff.

Best wine store in the Cities. Great variety, friendly and always reasonable. Get 10% off when you buy a dozen bottles! Go Saturdays for wine tastings.

A great place for people like me who like wine and wince when it's more than $18 a bottle. Always interesting beer selection, too.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere of shop mellow. Good, but not extensive, selection of wines, especially South America and Europe. Lower priced, decent wines in stock with a few pricier ones. Sale tables often have good values. Wine tasting uses small plastic "glasses" which you are supposed to use when tasting many wines. I attended about six of these and NEVER witnessed the behaviors "Rude" describes.
