I had wine glasses ship to me that were broken. The customer service team responded to my email the next day confirming a replacement order had been shipped! Great customer service and experience overall :)

I don't normally review merchants, but Wine Enthusiast's customer service was 5-star. There was a minor issue with my furniture delivery and a customer service agent contacted me within 1 hour of the delivery. Their email responses were immediate and then an agent would follow up within 24 hours. It was so refreshing to have such a wonderful experience when you experienced a problem. I recommend this company to all.
