Bought a very expensive wine cooler, hutch, mini fridge combo. For almost 4,000 bucks this thing is fairly low quality, arrived scuffed, with a latch broken. They sent it across the county twice before delivering. It took almost a month and a half to recieve.Their "white glove" delivery was lackluster. Would not purchase a "luxury" item from Wine Enthusiast again.
Our wine cooler stopped working but with a single phone call the problem was diagnosed and the replacement power supply was delivered. Great customer service.
Enjoyed adding to my art selection
They have the largest selections of wines from all over the world, this makes it easy to sample and fill your wine racks. I’d recommend them to friends and family. The concierge is knowledgeable and always gives great recommendations. They are my go to when looking for wines that I haven’t tried.
Ordering the refrigerator was done both quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service!
