Support staff was amazing!
We ordered a wine fridge and a beverage center. We have been happy with both the delivery and the response to any issues, which have not been major issues at all. Almost every company, no matter how high end, has some minor product issue and Wine Enthusiast has been great with their customer service.
The last post (3 rating) was a mistake. It was launched before I could change it to a 5!! Wine Enthusiast was superb in their handling of my order for 18 wine glasses and their follow up on my request to replace 1 broken glass. I could not be more satisfied!!
I had my unit sometime and I damaged the door. I called W.E. and ordered a new door which they said they had. That was 3/20/2025. I got a notice sometime later that they had been mistaken and they had to order the door. Four months went by before the door was installed on 7/15/2025. The installer looked for the key to the door and it wasn’t there. I called W.E. and they said they would get on it. On 10/21/2025 I received the keys, seven months between the order and the end.
