Appo scheduling was easy and the lady that greeted us was very helpful.
OMG! I don't know how I missed this place but I'm sooo glad I found it! I had a no-touch massage today and it has done something GREAT to the circulation in my body! My walk was different when I left there. ❤️ I'm going to make this a regular visit for longevity! And the staff was so sweet. She took me on a tour of the place first and explained everything to me. This was appreciated greatly! 🙏🏾
We had an awesome experience at Wine Down Spa. My husband and I did the couples package and it was the perfect day. Sheila C was our spa coordinator and she was great! She greeted us warmly, made me a delicious strawberry mimosa before we started, and provided outstanding service throughout our day. She checked on on us throughout to ensure we were comfortable. Thank you Wine Down Spa. After running through airports in boots, driving a rental car through the streets of Syracuse, NY in a matter of just 48 hours, Wine Down Spa was a MUST. I am so grateful for a calming atmosphere, a relaxing sauna AND nice serving of bubbly to get my body reset to return to normal living.
I had a phenomenal experience! This was my first time trying a Zero Gravity massage chair. I would recommend to anyone. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes and was deeply relaxed. I also got the best sleep ever that same night. I haven’t slept that good in a looong time. I am excited to go back and spend more time in the chair. As well as trying out some of the services. 10/10 ⭐️
