Bottle shop staff is very friendly and helpful. They will also take time to search and see if products I want are available if not currently in the shop. Plus, the free tastings on Thursday nights are a great way to try new wines!
My food came out almost 15 minutes after the other person's food came out! It was a salad. Hot food got cold waiting on what was supposed to be cold food. Terrible experience with the tomato soup that tasted like straight up marinara sauce. No crackers available. All in all, $30 mistake eating there.
