I needed storage for over 70 cases of older wine at 1 hours notice after my cellar cooling at home failed. The guys at Wine Ark were very helpful and sorted me out in real time! The cellar locker is great. After a week now, temperature running at around 16c so very happy. Highly recommend so far.
Warning to people who cellar wine or looking to at Wine Ark/ National Storage Glen Iris. Numerous times over the past year I have recorded large temperature variations (see images) including it being warmer inside the storage area than outside with the temperature sitting on 19.7. Recently the roller door also broke and took over two months to be fixed. Highly recommend storing wine elsewhere as the whole experience was amateur and unsettling given the amount of expensive wine being stored in the facility.
