This place is not warm or welcoming. The owner is rude and unprofessional. This should be a place where people feel cared for and valued. The building is unkept and untidy. Make sure you read reviews from previous employees before considering leaving your loved one here.
Extremely rude owner, house is a mess and stinks like cigarettes, clearly they do not care for the elderly in their care
Since the past owners left in May of 2020 the place has really gone down hill. The present owner is a very controlling, unkind person who lacks compassion for those in her care. Some staff treat residence with contempt and disrespect. Go anywhere else.
