I had to place my disabled brother in Windward gardens temporarily to address some health concerns. He was neglected every single day. He would push his button for help and nobody would come. I would walk in his room and he would be covered in urine and you couldn't find a single staff member around. One time I showed up and he had bruises all over his face. Very friendly nurses.
I like the photo I d and temperature taking prior to entrance. Which direction rooms starting with 101 VS the single digit Are not really posted that well. There was no receptionist, but it's also the weekend. Everything seemed very clean and staff was very helpful.
Everyone was so nice. My mom is getting good care
