Incredible. I tried sound therapy for the first time and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this and found it helped my anxiety! They provided a very welcoming environment and I’m looking forward to another session! I’m also very interested in trying other therapies they have to offer! Ellen and Troy are amazing! My experience with the soundbath at Windswept Wellness was so enjoyable. I’m so glad I made their soundbath session. This was a very enjoyable experience. Two people working all the different instruments made the sounds more constant with little to no down time. That really helped me to be present and really relax.i highly recommend. I am looking forward to my next session.
I’ve seen Ilona several times for the Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I had surgery several months ago after a fall, and my right arm continues to be swollen. My hand and fingers are especially tight & swollen. I could tell a difference after my first visit with Ilona. Even my physical therapist noticed the decrease in swelling, days later! I had a colonic. Ellen did such a great job of making an intense and uncomfortable experience more palatable. She coached me through the entire process. She also gave me tons of great advice to help me with my healing journey. I was so impressed with her service that my wife scheduled herself a colonic when I informed her of my experience. I’lll definitely be going back to see Ellen.
