I don’t even think the retailer is even open anymore, do your self a favor get starlink I pay $80 a month and it gets almost anywhere . Why pay for internet service that doesn’t even come from the state of New Mexico .
Literally the worst place to receive internet from .! their service is crappy and their customer service representatives are no help ! Avoid at all costs it’s not worth the time or money people put into this “Company” .! I’d rather spend the 160 on Starlink ! Atleast we know it works
Completely unprofessional in their lack of providing correct information.
Slowest Internet there is. You pay for higher speeds and they lower your speed hoping you don’t notice. Only getting 3mbps. Do a speed test monthly to make sure you get what you pay for. The worst part, it’s the only provider in Norther New Mexico. Another company needs to come in and take them over. Customer service over the phone is horrible. Star link is the better option!
