Great service great provider don’t understand why the get so much hate that’s just cuz customers don’t ask questions just say okay

Absolutely the worst! Go without internet if they are your only option. I'd give zero stars were that an option. If you stop use with them they are going to send you to debt collectors claiming you didn't pay your last bill or that you stole their router. I have proof of both luckily so I'll be pursuing this instead of just going with it like they hoped. They better hope they didn't touch the credit score I've been building up with their little debt collector scam. That's gotta be defamation or something. I won't be blackmai... read more

he absolute worst customer service, technical support, and in person technicians. I have been without internet for a week. I have called every day to get someone to help. I was told to wait till Monday on a Friday. Monday comes and the tech says it’s an internal issue and leaves. He doesn’t look at anything. Tuesday they were supposed to send someone else, no show. Now today, I was told I would get a tech in the morning, no show. Now it says I won’t get a tech until 7pm, well they close at 5. I took off work for this appoint... read more

I have had windstream for a year now no issues. Woke up this morning to no internet. Called support told them what was happening no issues. But later after the call I found the issue wasn't just my internet by my nieghbors as well and we all got told the same thing. When i called to update the ticket with this information amd suggested it might be a group outage the Repiar Cemter Rep became rude and told me I didn't know what I was talking about and I had no proof the nieghbor was put as well. You don't get the speeds they say . If you get any internet at all. I have had nothing but horrible experiences from the beginning of my service. It takes 2 weeks to get internet back if the tech shows up
