Total nightmare! 36 month agreement for $543 after 20 months they increase to $1,130 then around 34 month increased to over $2,882 and tried to get me to renew. After I gave written termination and changed companies they continued to bill me months afterword. Now I have to take action against them. Worst vendor to deal with and worst customer service. I would recommend stay clear of this organization..

Poor customer no service. They grew too fast and and merged my account with others. Do not get involved.

The service is so absolutely horrible, it almost seems like a joke. We have been out of service for over a week. We have set 2 appointments and no one shows up. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.

Internet has been going off and on for over 3 weeks. Has been down again for 12 hours. Horrible service! Each time have to start all over vs sending tech out to fix the problem. Now it is permanently down and wanted me to start over again. Said there has to be some history on the ticket. Hello!!! You have 3 weeks of information proving there is an issue. This company is the worst. They could care less about customer service or their customers. They provide no communication and were a disorganized mess from the start. Worst mistake we could have made was to switch out telecommunication services over to them. A complete nightmare in all aspects. If I could have given no stars I would have.
