Never met a technician as rude as the driver of Windstream van 417126 on the morning of February 9th in Indian Trail. While attempting to work on site, he went out of his way to inconvenience us as movers. We couldn’t park the truck on the driveway since it was recently poured and he refused to move the van to accommodate shared cul-de-sac access to the property even though we were moving thousands of pounds of freight vs his one single iPad. I have never had an issue with my service in the 2 years that I have had it. I decided to upgrade for free for faster speed and the problems began. The technician came out on the 25th of August and installed the system and it NEVER worked after. The same tech Gave us his cellphone number and came back out 2 more times and changed modems and reconnected us to the internet but shortly after he would leave it would go back out. Wish I could give 0 stars Horrific customer service Business line down for 3 days the third day was the fastest they could get out. Was told the original installer was “new and did something wrong” by a local area manager. Was promised it get fixed. It’s now day 3 Well no one showed up and it was “fixed remotely” still didn’t work. Called in and now it was “past business hours” 1 min after getting an email saying. It was fixed. Was Sent to technical support Outsourced to another country. Can’t under stand what they’re saying... read more

Absolutely the worst phone company ever. I have had nothing but trouble out of our business lines! Plan to spend over an hour on the phone trying to resolve any issues. Calls for business problems are obviously outsourced to another country. I hope you understand heavy accents as they read from a script. Meanwhile if you have a business, you will be losing money while they "understand how you feel"
