I had booked a cruise on windstar. 1 week prior my 94 year old mother fell starting a chain of events that lead to hospitalization and finally hospice. I had trip insurance. I collected that and my refund air fair immediately. Windstar acknowledged on 4-7-2017 that they owed me a refund on prepaid insurance and port fees -- $752. One month later and three more calls with an average hold time of 30 minutes I found out they refunded my traveling companions card and not mine. They then recharged her card but never credited mine... read more

We do take matters such as these very seriously, and worked with ***** in making sure her refund was processed properly. There were some complications during this refund process, though we worked diligently to assure that she was properly compensated for her unexpected cancellation.
