Skilled nursing rehabilitation section should be staffed better they have terrible care if you have a loved one that has had surgery and has to go to the rehabilitation section and you need help not only do they not like answering the call bells they answer to the call bells when ever they get ready or whenever they deem they should which puts patients at high risk of falling or having a issue that needs attention or to be addressed and they are simply ignored which is done on purpose I guarantee if there is a big brusie on ... read more

My husband was in the skilled nursing part of Windsor Meade for rehab. The quality of care was terrible. He waited for 1 hour for someone to transfer him from a wheel chair to the bed. The entire time being in very bad pain. He was told we don't have time for that now. Requested water and was told you don't need water right now. At 10:30 in the morning he still was not dressed and ready for the day. He was constantly berated for the clothing he wore.
