Horrible experience: I am sharing this review to document my experience and to encourage transparency and respectful communication with future customers. Prior to the trip, I asked for the total cost and was quoted a flat rate of $128 cash or $133 by card. No additional fees or “waiting charges” were disclosed at any time.
