We had a wonderful afternoon 2 hr cruise. This company has it together and made booking a breeze with follow-up emails as a reminder of our cruise. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Paul who accommodated myself and wife with seats and made sure our experience was memorable. Paul also did a great job narrating throughout the cruise pointing out landmarks of significance and importance to Canadians and our American neighbors. Thanks to all staff for a great day and we will definitely be back... read more
Even comped this cruise is one star all day. First I'm sitting in the front of the boat and this captain thinks it's funny to toot his little horn here and there like it's cute when it's not. Also let's talk about the passengers on board too, and what a stunning lack of personal space, if I had 5 minutes of peace and quiet on this 3 hr sunset ride I'd consider myself lucky. I'd never take a ride with Windsor Premier Cruises again, and not comped, but not if they paid me. The view is nice.
Very good. I would go again maybe the sunset cruise next time.
