Windsor is a fantastic facility with an awesome therapy team! They go above and beyond for their residents and it shows every time you walk in.
BEWARE- For your family’s safety, I do NOT recommend. Infections, dehydration, not feeding them, bed sores etc. If it had been any longer of a stay, who knows what would have happened. Missing clothing that was brought there with the patients name on it, and given random people’s clothes for return. The assigned nurse does not care in the slightest. They tell you they’ve got it and it’ll be good when dropping off, and then upon pick up he is in awful shape, blaming everyone else. Excuses after excuse for neglect/ abuse. Pict... read more
I have a friend at Windsor and I believe it to be a very nice, clean facility. Every-time I have visited my friend, he has always been clean and appears to be well taken care of. I can’t tell you with just words, how much I appreciate the staff at Windsor, and I want to say thank you to all of them.
