They suck, my mother cannot get good quality sleep because they have nurses and CNA‘s outside the room laughing and giggling staff is reluctant to check on people. My mother bumped her head and there was no incident report filled out. They’re very sad.
All of the staff at almond vista made me feel at the comfort of my own home as much as possible with the level of professionalism and dedication that they do I sincerely appreciate everything they provide and would give them all a raise if I could thank you all. 10/10
My elder mom & I had to park on the street. After visiting my brother we ha quite a hike back to our car. Mom was having difficulties walking. A very nice employee noticed our struggle. He came out and asked if we needed help. He brought a chair and stayed with her while I fetched the car. I wish I knew his name. He was a black man tall, lean and had angel wings. So incredibly kind and aware of the environment. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart Laura F.
The nurses and cnas were very helpful and therapy did a great job in getting me better to go home, also very clean rooms.
Nice and clean rooms, therapy has been wonderful and very helpful in me getting better, Nurses and CNA are very friendly especially Valarie The nurse. Overall a very nice skilled nursing facility.
