Almond Vista Healthcare Center has been wonderful. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly and the environment feels safe and caring. Special thanks to Z at the front desk, she’s always warm, professional, and goes out of her way to help. Really appreciate everything this place does for the residents.

My sister lives at Almond Vista Healthcare Center, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she receives. The staff is kind, attentive, and professional. The facility is clean and well-managed, and they treat the residents with so much respect and compassion. I especially want to thank the receptionist, Z, who is always so helpful and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make sure communication is smooth and that families feel heard and supported. I truly have peace of mind knowing my sister is in such good hands.

If you have a loved one that is not verbal, can not speak for themselves, or can’t feed themselves do not let them stay here. While the staff is friendly I find them to be incompetent. My mother was recovering after sepsis for UTI. The room was hot and muggy, even after I brought a fan for some relief would find it off or turned elsewhere. While there she seemed to decline and her doctor ordered her an IV thinking she may be dehydrated. When I got there they were so proud that they gave her an IV but there was NO Drip!!!
