Hey management, if you're reading this feel free to message me. I want to understand why my grandmothers bedsores became infections off and on, for over a year. Why did she fall several times, why was she given uppers and downers at the same time, hurting her kidneys even more. She had dialysis, why was it necessary to prescribe both? I can take a guess but I honestly want to see your records. Her name was Begum Noor. Noor died within a year of your care.
Everyone here treats patients and guests with care and thoughtfulness. My friend had to stay here for rehab and all of the staff were kind to her and us as visitors. She was in another place prior to this and got COVID and was treated poorly. This place makes you feel like family!! Thank you!!!!
