My aunt lives at The Windsor and she loves it. Our family is very pleased and highly recommend this wonderful community.
Poor Management They are all smiles when the take you on the tour.Once you are a resident you'll see the smiles go away and the real story emerges.The almighty dollar is what runs this place and every dime they can wiggle out of your pocket they will.The smiling Director will demand that the Billing Dept figure every dime they can squeeze out of you regardless if services were rendered or not.Be very diligent
Business office is run by totally incompetent amateurs.All need to be let go and sent back to School.The Director also needs to go unless it has already happened since she condones what goes on in the facility
