I want to give kudos to cna's Asley, Victoria, Alma. They were very compassionate and friendly. Rehab staff Gloria, Christina, Christine, Ashley and Denise were very positive, helpful, caring and motivating. Only bad thing was the food. Same meal for breakfast everyday and it was cold. Other meals were to salty on some things, over cooked entrees and under cooked vegetables. If you get a sandwich there's hardly any meat. Can't taste it because all the bread. Again kudos to staff I mentioned I really felt they cared.

Love everyone at Windsor Morgan. Every time I go to visit my aunt the staff is very friendly. The admin staff is always helpful with any questions I have due to their open door policy, and the nursing staff here provides my aunt with excellent care and treat her like family.

Having to repeat instructions to staff about things I do not find proper concerning my mom. For the most part the nursing staff listens.Seems that if resident listens.

Heart breaking to hear a woman screaming her poor lungs out to get her up from bed. I looked outside to the hall way and heard the cna talking about her and nurse said not to get her up yet. Patients have rights and they just talk ugly to the patients. I got here early in the morning drive from kingsville to come and see that and my loved one all soiled and wet all over. Im gonna try my best to move my loved one out of this miserable place. Where is the State when you need them to see all this going on daily here on the 3rd ... read more
