We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Having to repeat instructions to staff about things I do not find proper concerning my mom. For the most part the nursing staff listens.Seems that if resident listens.
Heart breaking to hear a woman screaming her poor lungs out to get her up from bed. I looked outside to the hall way and heard the cna talking about her and nurse said not to get her up yet. Patients have rights and they just talk ugly to the patients. I got here early in the morning drive from kingsville to come and see that and my loved one all soiled and wet all over. My stay here at the nursing was amazing third floor and second the team of nurses and nurses aides were great. If I ever did need to go through this again I would most definitely choose Windsor on Morgan
I was leery to enter the building due to my past experiences over the last 20 years with nursing homes. Much of my trepidation was due to the fact that a lot of the ones I had been to stunk so bad that if in those days we had been wearing masks I would have worn one. But I'm so thankful that when I walked in there was no overpowering smell so thank you so much to your crew because it's all because of them.
I just want say that I enjoyed having my loved one there Windsor Morgan nothing but the best of care and great team players . Thankyou Roselinda & Stella & All Cnas for all your hard work Thank You 3rd Floor
