We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Okay after the severe storm we had in Harlingen last night, I was so pleased that the administrative staff is helping us go about our daily activities. They're doing the work of everybody to make our day go as normally as possible. And it's much appreciated by the residents here. More words than I can say!
Horrible customer service, did not give my mother proper medications. Not helpful with billing dept with Medicare and supplement would not help with extra step to get coverage for my mother's care.
Administration representative Cheryl was dishonest about the facility’s environment living conditions she told me that I would have my private room and that was not true. Nurses would take hours to respond to my assistance, housekeeping person now changed The sheets to my bed twice in my 20+ days that I was there in one occasion, they took four hours to clean feases in the bathroom floor and walls And toilet. Care give husband wasn't what I expected. He's big toe and toe next to got infected poor care. Physical therapy wore very nice and caring. Some of nurse very nice.
I am so grateful to Windsor Nursing and Rehab. The entire staff does a wonderful job taking care of my mom. When I visit her, she is always happy and smiling. I frequently get updates from the staff, both in person and by phone call.
