The Windsor facility is nice and the food is good. The staff is incredible! They are all amazing, caring people! Moving my grandma there was a great experience! The love they showed her blew us away!
Due to being removed by owners, I’m putting this up again. I worked at Windsor Slammer, where there’s an 100% acceptance rate for both the residents and staff because they’re looking for numbers. But I don’t know what’s worse- working there or living there. The nurses are too invested in their personal drama than doing their job and they want as my admits as possible. Great place
When it became necessary to move my mom into assisted living. I was in tears at the prospect of having to do everything by myself. Amy the administrator at Windsor Manor saved my life that day. She walked me through every step of the way, assuring me that no question was too silly. She made everything so simple and my mom and I gained a loving and dedicated family from that day forward. Unfortunately, my dad was only at Windsor Manor for a short time, but I could tell he would have been happy there. The staff was very accommodating as we moved him in from out of state. It was a stressful move for him, but he commented repeatedly about how helpful and nice everyone was. The other residents were welcoming and there were great activities to participate in. We felt he was cared about and supported with the help he needed.
