The staff cares about health somewhat, I am rating 3 stars because Shelby is making my grandma walk when she doesn’t want to because it hurts her really bad and my grandma has mentioned this. The doctor does not want her to walk.
This place is amazing! I have never met anyone more caring and respectful to their employees, residents, and their families. I have been in healthcare for 3 years and this is by far the best place i have been.
Assisted living Memory Care unit My mother-in-law had a 6 month stay there. Considering this was during the COVID pandemic quarantine, she had a pretty enjoyable stay for the first 4 months or so. She absolutely loved the food, and raved about it daily. She had great care. That said, when she moved to the memory care unit it was a very different story. Windsor Manor in Webster City has a warm, friendly environment with the most wonderful staff around. I worked at this facility for a short time, helping to highlight the great people who both lived and worked here. There was never a shortage of great stories to tell. The executive director isn't just managing a place and a staff, she's truly caring for every resident and takes an interest in their personal stories.
