Honest great local business. I’m not a home brewer, I go to buy beer. The selection is great. If you need a rare Barleywine or Lambic, if it’s anywhere in Orange County it’s here. Great selection of ipa, lagers, etc from local breweries and beyond. The hours suck, but trust me it’s definitely worth seeking for great beer. Support small business. Give them a shot before you go to a chain store.

Took the homebrew class with Scott at Windsor. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended to anyone looking to try their hand at making some beer. He's got a great homebrew philosophy and awesome shop. Definitely coming back!

This place is THE go to for any and all homebrew needs. Scott is so friendly and super helpful. Doesn't hurt that when you are there they also have an awesome selection of bottles and cans available from great breweries.

Great selection of fresh ingredients, nice equipment selection, and the beer he gets in his bottle shop is up there with bottle shops that have been around a lot longer, he has connections!

5 stars as a homebrew shop: Scott is super knowledgeable and always willing to help out, whether with recipe design or questions about the best process to use. Also, 5 stars as a bottle shop: really nice selection of fresh, local beer.

Scott and crew really know homebrewing and akways have what I've needed. With the new bottle emporium, I can count on fresh IPAs, harder to find beers, and lots of overall great craft beer!!🍺
