My fathers were transferred into this location. The nurses were so nice. Very attentive to his needs. The case manager Debbie was amazing and very helpful with everything I needed in getting him home - I was very pleased with everyone there

This was a horrible experience. I was sent from hospital to rehab after major surgery. For the first week I could not get up. I would call at night and ask to have my sold pants and bed changed and more often than not they nurses or aides would say it's going to be an hour we're changing shifts or I'm going to lunch I'll come after I get back. One night a nurse came in saw I was soiled and said I'm going to wait and see if you poop anymore. He returned an hour later and could not apologize enough as the acid burned my behind... read more
