Expensive but good selection This store is best for going when you're in need of a formal dress, and maybe not best for buying one (because then guaranteed you won't be the only one wearing it) but good for getting an idea of what you want. They have cute casual clothes too, which range from average price to a little bit expensive as they've been changing the brands they carry. They're always having a sale too, with lots of racks in the back of everything from shirts to dresses.
I went into a Windsor with my sister a while back and was impressed at how classy and elegant their stuff is. I've been shopping with my sister and girlfriend recently and am a bit dismayed at the selection of women's clothes and how trashy and cheap they look, but for more formal dresses this is a decent place.
I used to frequent this store when I was in high school. I came here recently only to find that the clothes look like the same exact clothes I had when I was in high school. They do have a wonderful selection of prom dresses and other formal attire. Check out the big name stores for their dress selections and then come here for the lower priced dresses. I highly recommend this store for teenage girls looking for a prom dress. At the back of the store, there is a large selection of dresses that are well-priced and perfect for dances or school formals. They come in a range of the latest styles and colors. I often looked at Windsor for dresses while in school. The jewelry is cheap but poorly made, and the clothes are fun but often a bit more than I'd like to spend at Windsor.
